15 Stars Platinum is a 10 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 49% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is a blend of straight bourbons aged 19, 15 and 10 years, sourced from Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee. It was named Best Small Batch Bourbon at the 2024 NY World Spirits Competition.
The nose offers maple, peanut brittle, candied orange and lavender. On the palate come pastry, ginger, allspice and honeycomb, with aged leather and seasoned oak behind them. The finish is long, with herbal spice, cigar box and leather.
