15 Stars Platinum Bourbon Whiskey (49%)

A limited release that blends straight bourbons aged 18, 15 and 10 years, bottled at 98 proof. The whiskeys come from America's First West, and are married together rather than bottled singly. The nose brings maple, peanut brittle, candied orange and lavender. On the palate there are layers of pastry with ginger, allspice and honeycomb, set against aged leather and seasoned oak. The finish is long, with herbal spice, cigar box and leather.
