A limited release from 15 Stars that blends Kentucky straight bourbons aged 8 and 16 years. It is bottled at 51.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The blend is finished in Cognac, rum and apple brandy casks.
The nose is usually described as banana bread, apple pie, butterscotch, vanilla candy, dried cherry, ripe plum and a touch of leather. The palate offers orange marmalade, honeysuckle and orchard fruit, with nutmeg, cinnamon and seasoned oak. The finish is long, with citrus, molasses and allspice.
