1615 Pisco Quebranta 2025 is a grape brandy from the Pisco Valley in Peru, produced at Bodega San Nicolás. It is made only from Quebranta, a non-aromatic variety traditional to the region, and distilled to proof in copper stills.
The spirit is left unaged, so that it keeps the character of the land and of the 2025 harvest.
The nose is led by green apple, banana and dried herbs. On the palate it has a full texture and a clean, peppery sensation.
