1792 Full Proof is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 62.5% ABV, or 125 proof, which is the strength at which the spirit first went into barrel. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
It was not chill-filtered and passed only through a plate and frame filter, which let it keep its strength and a full, bold flavour.
It is described as deep and smoky, balanced by sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.
