A Kentucky straight bourbon from 1792, bottled at 62.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is bottled at the original barrel entry proof of 125, the same strength as when the barrels were first filled.
To hold that strength, the bourbon skips the usual chill filtration and passes only through a plate and frame filter. It is therefore not chill-filtered, and the aim is a full, rich and bold flavour.
