1792 Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 62.5% (125 proof), the same strength at which it went into the barrel.
It is not chill-filtered. Instead it passes only through a plate and frame filter, which lets it keep its high bottling strength and a full, bold flavour.
The taste is deep and smoky, balanced by sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.
Tasting Notes
