1792 Full Proof Single Barrel Select is a single-barrel bourbon bottled at 125 proof, the strength at which the barrels were first filled. This barrel was filled on 14 October 2014.
Rather than being chill-filtered, it passed only through a plate and frame filter, which let it keep its high proof and a full, rich, bold flavour.
