1800 Silver is a blanco tequila made from blue agave and described as wholly Mexican in origin. It spends 15 days maturing in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, which softens it.
The character is subtle, with fruity notes touched by sweetness. The palate is well balanced and the finish is silky and gentle.
It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails such as the Margarita and the Tequila Sunrise.
