A blanco tequila from Jalisco, distilled from blue agave selected by hand at peak maturity.
The agave is slow-cooked in traditional ovens before careful distillation. On the nose it offers intense fresh agave with hints of pepper and herbal notes, together with light touches of vanilla and citrus.
In the mouth it is surprisingly smooth with lively agave freshness, and the finish is pure and clean with a slightly spicy aftertaste.
