This is a Tobermory 10 Year Old single malt from the Isle of Mull, dating from the 1990s. It is an unpeated whisky with a light gold colour.
The nose brings green notes, fresh flowers, cereal, black pepper and winter spice, with light oak and a hint of mint. The palate is medium-bodied, with malt, drying oak, black pepper and light herbal notes, alongside ginger, cinnamon, lemon peel and faint honey. The finish is drying and spicy, with black pepper, lemon peel and oak.
