291 Colorado Fresh Whiskey is a small batch American whiskey from 291 Distillery in Colorado Springs, in a 75cl bottle at 45% ABV. It is made with Rocky Mountain spring water from a mash of corn, rye and malted barley, and aged for several years in charred oak barrels.
Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and soft baking spices come first, followed by honey, citrus peel and a gentle, peppery rye note.
