It is distilled from grain to bottle in a copper pot still and spends a brief time in American white oak. It is bottled at 50.8% ABV (101.7 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is cracked pepper and black liquorice with flashes of strawberry candy sweetness, followed by a vibrant, grainy palate.
