2XO American Oak Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

2XO American Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon and the first blend in the Oak Series from Dixon. It uses a double oak technique, in which extra charred oak is added to the barrels, and the mashbill holds a moderate amount of rye. Each batch is matched to the same profile so that the taste stays consistent from one to the next. The flavour moves from sweet, rich butterscotch at the start to savoury roasted nuts in the middle, finishing with a lingering mild spice.
