2XO American Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. Chains of charred American oak are added to the bourbon barrels, and the profile of each batch is then matched to keep the character consistent.
The nose offers vanilla and caramel with a citrus accent. On the palate there are toffee, roasted cashew and nougat notes, followed by a mild, lingering peppery spice.
