2XO Gem of Kentucky Single Barrel is a bourbon from the Gem of Kentucky Series, made by Dixon Dedman and hand-picked from a high-rye mash bill. It is his first venture into single barrels.
The bourbon is re-barrelled into new oak barrels of varying char levels. About 12,000 bottles were drawn from 70 single barrels, bottled at 54% ABV, or 108 proof.
