2XO Gem of Kentucky is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 54% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Dixon Dedman selects high-rye bourbon barrels, which then receive a second maturation in new charred oak before being bottled individually for 2XO.
It is full-bodied with a rich texture and a spicy finish. Each barrel strikes its own balance between sweetness and savoury spice.
