A cachaça from Sete Engenhos, aged for one year. It is distilled in traditional stills and rested in selected wooden casks, giving it a delicate amber colour. Cherry wood, vanilla and sweet spice appear on the nose. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with initial wood sweetness balanced by fresh acidity and spice, leading to a long, pleasant finish. Best served neat at room temperature.
