A. Overholt's Old Overholt is a four year old Kentucky straight rye whiskey, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2002 at 40% ABV. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The label marks the brand as more than 150 years old. At the end of Prohibition the Mellon family, its owners, sold it to National Distillers. The last National Distillers facility in Pennsylvania closed in 1951, but the whisky was still made in the state until Jim Beam acquired the brand in 1987. Today it is distilled in Kentucky.
