Aberfeldy 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is best known as the heart of the Dewar's blend.
The malt is fruity, clean and polished, with a touch of honey and spice.
On the nose there is melon, green apple and pear alongside hot toast, honey and freshly grated nutmeg. The palate is smooth, with honeyed fruit, crisp apple and gentle sweet spice. The finish is long, with the honeyed fruit lasting longest.
