This is a 16 year old Highland single malt from Aberfeldy, matured in oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and with added colour.
The nose offers sweet honey, fresh citrus and a subtle spice of clove, underpinned by a rich sherry note. The palate recalls a generously filled fruit cake, with touches of bittersweet dark chocolate. The finish is soothing and rich, with a velvety texture.
