Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt made from casks matured for twenty-one years and longer. The recipe draws on sherry and bourbon casks as well as refill and re-char casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Heather-honey character runs through it, with a creamy palate of macadamia nuts and beeswax. Orange, dried fruit, toasted coconut and silky oak follow, with a trace of smoke.
