This is a 25 year old Aberfeldy single malt from the Highlands, finished in sherry casks and presented in a 70cl bottle.
The nose builds with cocoa powder, creamy caramel and warming cinnamon. On the palate, delicate fruit sits on a malty, cereal base with a hint of vanilla coffee.
The finish is long, with lingering cinnamon spice and a wisp of smoke that adds warmth.
