Aberfeldy 39 Year Old is a limited edition single cask bottling of Highland single malt Scotch, from the Central Highlands.
The cask spent nearly four decades in the warehouse, and was watched over throughout that time. It was eventually judged full of flavour and distillery character, and was chosen for bottling.
The nose is described as heather honey on hot buttered toast, lifted by orange zest and summer roses. It deepens with vanilla, dark chocolate and a hint of star anise.
