Aberlour Forest Reserve is a 10 year old Speyside malt whisky in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured for ten years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, then finished in French oak from Limousin. The sherry brings a characteristic sweetness, while the oak adds a smoky note, and the two together are what the bottling is known for.
