Aberlour 12 Year Old Double Cask Matured is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is aged for 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose brings soft red apples, dried fruit and warm spice. The palate is rich and rounded, with toffee, sherried oak, cinnamon and a hint of chocolate.
The finish is smooth and warming.
