This is a 12 year old Speyside single malt from Aberlour, bottled at 40% in a 1 litre bottle.
It was matured exclusively in selected Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez in Andalusia, which give it a warm, well-balanced character.
The sherry influence shows in dried fruits, dark chocolate, sweet raisins and warm baking spices, with subtle oak beneath and a long finish.
