Aberlour 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, matured for 18 years and bottled at 43% ABV. It is a vatting of selected sherry casks.
The nose has dried fruit, grape, cocoa and caramel, with fine wood and gentle spice. On the palate come candied fruit, dark chocolate, vanilla and hazelnut, supported by a structured, woody backbone. The finish is long and warming, marked by spice and sherry.
