Aberlour 18 Years is a single malt from Aberlour in Speyside, in a 70cl bottle. The malt is dried without peat, double distilled, then matured for 18 years in carefully chosen ex-sherry oak casks.
The nose starts with red apple, red berries and strawberry, with a light touch of cinnamon and apricot jam, and moves on to chocolate, malt and tamarind. The palate is full and warm, echoing the nose, and the finish is very long.
