This is a 9 year old Aberlour single malt from independent bottler Spinner Bluff. Aberlour stands in the village of the same name in the heart of Speyside.
After its main maturation, the whisky spent 3 years and 4 months finishing in a Moscatel octave, a small cask roughly an eighth the size of a sherry butt. Moscatel is a sweet wine made from Muscat grapes in Spain and Portugal.
