The nose is sweet, with ripe red apples to the fore, then honey, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate it is creamy and oily in texture. With time in the glass, citrus zest, cinnamon and dried apple come through.
The finish is long and sweet, with a pronounced peppery tingle.
