It is bottled at cask strength, 62.7% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Fresh green apple, sweet pear and vanilla cream lead the nose. The palate has lemon zest, grapefruit and all-butter shortbread, and the finish is sweet and smooth with toasted almonds.
