Aberlour – A'Bunadh Batch 077 (60.8%)

Aberlour A'Bunadh Batch 077 is a Speyside single malt from the A'Bunadh series. It was matured exclusively in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at a natural cask strength of 60.8%, without chill-filtration or added colour. The nose is described as dark raisins, figs and rich sherry with dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is full-bodied, with dark fruit cake, cherries, cocoa, espresso and toffee, plus clove and rich oak. The finish is long and warm, with sherry sweetness, spice, dark chocolate and toasted oak.
