Aberlour White Oak is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017, in a 70cl bottle supplied in a tube. It matured for ten years entirely in American white oak casks. The nose is sweet with vanilla and honey, alongside apple and citrus fruit. On the palate come light spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, and the finish carries white chocolate with a touch of toasted oak.
