Absente Absinthe Dist. Provence (70cl)

An absinthe from Provence, in a 70cl bottle, with a bright green colour that reflects the herbs used to make it. The nose shows fennel, aniseed and a range of medicinal plants. On the palate the herbal and spicy notes blend with a light touch of mint, and the artemisia absinthium gives the classic slightly bitter aftertaste, balanced by a subtle sweetness. It can be served in the traditional way with iced water and sugar, or used as an ingredient in cocktails.
