Absolut Elyx Vodka (3L)

Absolut Elyx is a vodka made from grain grown in the Åhus region of Sweden. It is distilled in historic copper stills using a slow, meticulous distillation process. The result is a silky texture with crystalline purity. On the nose it shows delicate cereal aromas with light citrus and vanilla notes. The palate is soft, harmonious and enveloping. It can be served neat and slightly chilled, or used as the base for cocktails. It also pairs well with raw fish and light dishes.
