Achill Island Single Malt is an Irish single malt from the Achill Island Distillery in County Mayo, founded in 2015 and described as Ireland's first island distillery. It is bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring.
The nose is floral, with vanilla and caramel beneath. On the palate come toffee, caramel, almond and fruit. The finish is pleasantly sweet and long.
