A clear, aromatic distillate from Distilleria Nardini in Bassano del Grappa, made from Italian citron. The nose is intensely citrus, with lemon and lime plus aromatic herb notes. On the palate it is soft and sweet at first, then fully citrus, balanced by gentle acidity and a long, fresh finish. The alcohol is well integrated. Best served cold, as a digestif or cocktail base, and with light citrus or fruit desserts.
