An apricot acquavite from Roner, made exclusively from selected apricots in Alto Adige. It is distilled by hand to preserve the fruit's aromas and flavours, with ageing in wooden casks.
The nose brings intense fresh apricot, floral notes and a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate it is elegant and enveloping, with a refined balance of sweetness and acidity, and a persistent, harmonious finish.
It suits fruit-based desserts or as a digestif after a meal.
