Acquavite di Lamponi Himbeere Privat Roner (50cl, 21%)

A raspberry eau-de-vie from Roner, made from raspberries grown in the alpine valleys of Alto Adige. It is distilled slowly and gently in steam stills to preserve the natural raspberry aromas without emphasising excessive alcoholic notes. On the nose it shows fruity, vibrant and sweet scents with a light floral touch and a pleasant final freshness. On the palate it is soft, elegant and enveloping, suited to the end of a meal or to enriching red-fruit desserts.
