Acquavite di Pera Williams Reserv Roner (70cl)

A pear acquavite from Roner, made from Williams pears grown in the alpine lands of Alto Adige. It is distilled in traditional copper stills to preserve the fresh, intense aromas of the pear. On the nose it shows mature fruit, floral notes and a slight spicy edge. On the palate it is velvety and balanced, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that recalls the natural sweetness of Williams pear without becoming cloying. It is suited to serving as a digestif after a substantial meal, or alongside fruit-based desserts and fresh cheeses.
