This is a five-year-old Ardnamurchan single malt from the Highlands, bottled by Adelphi. It is the first independent bottling of Ardnamurchan single malt, and only 1333 bottles were filled.
The whisky matured in two small ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose combines berry jam, eucalyptus and nutmeg over a smoky undertone. On the palate it is lightly peppery, with toasted nuts, tobacco and smoky sea salt. The finish brings dark chocolate and nuts.
