A 21-year-old Dalmore from 1998, selected and bottled by Adelphi, an independent bottler based in Ardnamurchan. The whisky matured in ex-sherry casks, and only 132 bottles were produced. The nose is fruity and fresh, with green mint. The palate is fresh and peppery, with cocoa, blackcurrant and liquorice.
