This is a 21 year old Isle of Jura single malt, bottled by Adelphi in a limited edition of 194 bottles. It is sold in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in an ex-sherry cask for the full 21 years.
On the nose there are almonds, vanilla and a dusting of icing sugar. The palate is delicate, with toasted nuts, marzipan and ginger. The finish is long and spiced, with black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
