This is a 25-year-old Linkwood from the independent bottler Adelphi, distilled in 1993 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask. It is a limited edition of 230 bottles, in a 70cl bottle.
On the nose there are apple, plums, dates, almonds and coconut biscuits. The palate is delicate, with angelica, coconut and chocolate. The finish is lingering, with malty oak, coffee and caramel.
