Adelphi Maclean's Nose Blended (70cl)

Adelphi Maclean's Nose is a blended Scotch whisky in a limited edition of 25,000 bottles, with a malt content of around 70%. It matures in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. The name has two meanings. It honours Charlie McLean, the writer and consultant who advised Ardnamurchan and Adelphi, and it also refers to the headland at the foot of Ben Hiant on the Ardnamurchan coast. The label paper is made from barley residue from the distillery. The nose has pear, toffee, and dark chocolate. The palate is soft, with caramel, biscuit, red berries and green apple.
