Private Stock Reserve Peated Blend is a new, peat-forward version of Adelphi's Private Stock, bottled at 46%. It is a blend made mainly with West-coast whiskies and classic Islay peat.
The peat is mellow and earthy, and the blend is full bodied and layered. Notes of grapefruit and rustic smokehouse fish and meats run through it, ending in an oily, nutty finish.
