Aerstone Sea Cask is a 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured for more than ten years in warehouses on the Ayrshire coast.
The name comes from the position of some of those warehouses, right beside the sea. That setting influences the maturation and gives a smooth whisky with a touch of sea salt.
