Aerstone Land Cask is a Scottish blend built on malt, in a 70cl bottle, matured in oak casks. The selection of casks brings notes of vanilla and honey alongside sweet spice and dried fruit. On the palate it is soft, followed by a lingering finish with a slight smokiness. It is meant for sipping neat, and aged cheeses or dark chocolate are suggested alongside.
