Sea Cask is a Scottish whisky from Aerstone, in a 70cl bottle. It is aged in oak casks that previously held fortified wines, and has a deep amber colour. The nose is briny and peaty, with dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is soft yet firm, balancing a maritime character with honey and caramel, and it leaves a light, smoky aftertaste.
